Two Cities Church

Fellowship

Church Planting is hard. We can help.

The Fellowship

The Two Cities Church Fellowship exists to equip church planters who are called, not just interested. Our two-year, intensive program will train you for the long-haul, not just the launch, and connect you to a multiplying collaborative of churches to help you go further, faster.

How is the fellowship funded?

We commit to providing our fellows with an annual salary and family health benefits for the duration of the twenty-one month program. After planting, you commit to contributing 2% of your annual church budget back to the Fellowship to help fund future church planting efforts.

Who is an ideal candidate?

We are looking for called leaders who are committed to robust, gospel-centered theology and have a proven track record of pastoral ministry, leadership, and a teachable spirit. We are looking for those who desire to not just plant a church, but plant a church that plants churches.

Will housing be provided?

While housing is not directly provided, the Fellowship includes an annual salary and health benefits to help with your living expenses.

What is the application process and when would I begin?

The application process involves an assessment and developmental cohort with The Summit Collaborative and SEND Network. The Fellowship is a two-year program designed to equip prospective church planters and we accept new fellows each August.

Will I have ongoing help & mentorship from Two Cities after planting?

Yes, we commit to sending you out with financial support and encouraging members of our church to join your launch team. We also offer the opportunity to join the Two Cities Church planting network for ongoing partnership, coaching, and development.
